The 1st time I used Dwell Chat, I had been at position #2 while in the queue and it took eighteen minutes until finally a Stay agent responded. The 2nd time, I was at place #2 yet again, but this time it only took eight minutes hold out time. This is quite excellent when compared to other exchanges
